Immediate opening: telesales agent (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a telesales agent in Telford and Wrekin, England. You will work at a wholesale market. Day-to-day duties: • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor • Negotiate prices and close the deal Requirements: • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Accurate in handling cash Six days a week, one day off.
