Spray painter (automotive) wanted in Howard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Howard County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
