Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Washington County, North Carolina. Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
