Vacancy available: bread and bun maker (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Mingo County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
