Vacancy available: we are hiring a ceramic tiler in South Tyneside, England. The role involves mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even. Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
