Press machine operator — Inyo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Inyo County, California. On the job you will handle: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
