Great opportunity: we are hiring a factory worker in Benton County, Arkansas. You will work on the shop floor of a garment factory. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels The role involves read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; assemble components according to the work order.
