Great opportunity: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Vermilion County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
