Escalator technician • Lewis County, Idaho

Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Lewis County, Idaho. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. You will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
