Powder coater wanted in Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Franklin County, Illinois. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred.
