You should have: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing Day to day you will change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; weigh and portion products before bagging.
