The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
