Renovation plasterer wanted in City of York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in City of York, England. You will be based at a new-build housing development. The role involves: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • CSCS card or willing to obtain one 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
