Scullery hand wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
