Container truck driver — Brooks County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a container truck driver in Brooks County, Texas. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. The role involves plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Rotating shifts.
