Stainless steel welder wanted in Southern Ijaw

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Southern Ijaw, Bayelsa State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. You will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
