Immediate opening: captain waiter (Colorado)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Logan County, Colorado. You will be based in a café. On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
