Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
