The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Part-time with flexible hours.
