Vacancy available: dozer operator (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dozer operator in City of Hampton, Virginia. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Your main tasks: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Meals and transport allowance provided.
