Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; read lift plans and method statements before starting. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
