Powder coating line operator wanted in City of Radford

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in City of Radford, Virginia. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
