Vacancy available: general labourer (Scotland)

Join our team: we are hiring a general labourer in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The job is on a residential housing site. Day to day you will clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
