Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Douglas County, Nebraska. The job is on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred.
