Café server — Marquette County

The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Six days a week, one day off.
