Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Washington County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
