Kitchen porter wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jefferson County, Iowa. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
