Elevator service technician wanted in Clackmannanshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. £3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
