Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Oconee County, South Carolina. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
