Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Powhatan County, Virginia. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
