Gas commissioning technician • Saline County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Saline County, Kansas. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. You should have: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
