Quality control inspector wanted in Aberdeen City

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Aberdeen City, Scotland. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer £115 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
