Deboner — Ajeromi/Ifelodun

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Lagos State. Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
