Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites On a typical shift you will apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration.
