Captain waiter — East Ayrshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in East Ayrshire, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
