Vacancy available: we are hiring a machinist in Pine County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
