Incoming goods inspector wanted in Contra Costa County

Join our team: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Contra Costa County, California. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. Day to day you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
