Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in City of Norton, Virginia. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
