Now hiring: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Yusufari, Yobe State. The role involves: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Full-time, day shift.
