The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
