Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Perry County, Missouri. The role involves use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
