Bread baker — Missoula County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Missoula County, Montana. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours.
