Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
