Maintenance fitter — Avery County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance fitter in Avery County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting, kneeling and standing for long periods • Proven experience maintaining production machinery in a factory setting • Forklift or overhead crane licence a plus Your main tasks: • Calibrate sensors, gauges and control instruments • Replace worn bearings, seals, belts and couplings • Replace conveyor belts, rollers and chains on production lines • Isolate and lock out machinery before starting repair work • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and reset fault codes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
