Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Sterling County, Texas. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection The role involves select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); carry out 6G pipe welds where required. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
