Refrigeration and heat pump technician — Zurmi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and heat pump technician in Zurmi, Zamfara State. Ideal candidate: • 18th Edition wiring regs or equivalent electrical competency • Competent brazing copper pipework and pressure testing • Knowledge of heat loss calculations and system sizing Day to day you will weigh in and charge the correct refrigerant gas per manufacturer spec; size and select the heat pump unit and buffer tank; hand over the system to the customer and explain the controls; braze copper refrigerant lines using oxy-acetylene or nitrogen purge; connect the heat pump to underfloor heating manifolds or radiators.
