Gas service engineer — Prairie County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Prairie County, Arkansas. You will be based in a gas distribution network. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings Day to day you will braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
