Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Robeson County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
