Dishwashing attendant • Lyman County, South Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lyman County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
