We are recruiting: commercial tyre fitter (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Rockland County, New York. You will be based at a roadside mobile fitting unit. The role involves: • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule What we are looking for: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage 6+ years on the tools preferred.
